Dedicated to the memory of Joan Nicholson
(Benton, formerly of Byker and Fenham). Peacefully in hospital on 19th March 2019, aged 85 years, Joan (nee Wear). Beloved wife of Jimmy, loving mam of Audrey, Lynne and Jim, dear mother in-law of Stephen and Wendy, devoted nanna of Hayley, Andrew, Jonathan, Liam and Calum and cherished great nanna of Sian, Caitlin, Sophie and James and a much loved sister, sister in-law and aunty. Joan lived a life of kindness and unfailing devotion to all those she knew.
